About Little Busy App
Little Busy App provides interactive digital play activities for toddlers and young children.
Membership
Little Busy App is available through an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and annual membership options.
Current pricing is displayed in the App Store and on the Little Busy App subscription screen before purchase.
Payment
Payment is processed through the user's Apple App Store account.
Little Busy App does not directly process App Store subscription payments.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's App Store subscription settings and policies.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Customers can manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple App Store subscription settings.
Access
A valid Little Busy App subscription provides access to the Little Busy App activity library available under that membership.
The available activity library may change and grow over time.
Parental responsibility
Little Busy App is designed for young children to use with appropriate parent or guardian oversight.
Parents and guardians are responsible for managing purchases and device access.
App availability
We aim to keep Little Busy App available and working reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.
Intellectual property
The Little Busy App name, branding, artwork, illustrations, app design and original content are owned by or licensed to Little Busy App and may not be copied, redistributed or commercially reproduced without permission.
Apple terms
Apple may also apply its standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement to apps downloaded through the App Store. You can read it at Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Changes
Little Busy App may update these Terms as the service evolves.
